Bees Kiss

Yesterday I posted a photo of a Lipotriches bee buzz-pollinating my tomatoes in the Bee Aware of Your Native Bees Facebook group. Dr Megan Halcroft picked up the photo and shared something really enlightening with the group.

Here’s what she said — turns out the marks a bee leaves on a flower after buzz-pollinating it have a name of their own: a “bee kiss”.
